• Administers statutory and company benefits (e.g. SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-ibig)
• Prepares all reports to SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-ibig and BIR)
• Releasing of company uniforms

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students pursuing a degree in a related discipline.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in compensation and benefits analysis, payroll processing, excellent communication, and strong attention to detail.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Administer compensation packages, assist with payroll management, and analyze benefit plans.
• Working Conditions: Office environment with a standard 40-hour workweek.
