Graduate of any 4-year course preferably Major in Human Resource or Marketing, or Graduate of BS Psychology.

With at least 5 years of experience handling different facets of Human Resource and Administration. With Supervisory experience for more than 3 years or at least 1 to 2 years Managerial level.

2. Job Evaluation and Job Grading

3. Manpower Budget

Recruitment and Deployment

1. Sourcing, Screening and Selection

2. Onboarding and Orientation

Payroll and CompenBen

1. Process Timekeeping and Payroll

2. Compliance to Mandated Benefits

3. Administration of Company Benefits

Organizational Development

1. Performance Management

2. Learning and Development

3. Engagement Program

Labor Relations

1. Investigation

2. Issuance of Memoradum

Admin. Services

1. Facilities and Asset Management

2. Travels, Accommodation and Deployment of Company Drivers

3. Security and Safety Management

4. Costs Management: Utilities, Admin. Expenses, Procurement, etc.

Willing to report on-site from Monday to Friday.

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
