Descripción
- To monitor, update, identify, and reconcile cash transactions and balances per book and bank including
- Preparation of cash position reports, disbursement funding, bank reconciliation and bank accounts updating;
- To maximize the Auto Debit Arrangement (ADA) facility by enrolling buyers and uploading scheduled ADA transactions to ensure more efficient and timely collection;
- To reconcile significant General Ledger accounts; and
- To provide quality and efficient customer service to internal and external clients.
Requisito
- Preferably with at least 6 months of general accounting and reporting experience
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or any accounting related, preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Accounting Standards
- Accounting Operations for General Accounting
- MS Office Applications
- Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (i.e., SAP)
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Analytical skills
- Time Management
- Keen to details
