Work within established standard operating procedures to assist in tasks such as but not limited to the scanning and registration of incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports, issuing drawings to client as, using the document management systems.
Receive, issue and distribute project documentation; ensuring complete details and attachments
Complete complex, professional level tasks as requested by colleagues, prioritizing work load and interpreting established policies in order to effectively support the document management function.
Liaise with stakeholders from across the project to secure outstanding paperwork in a professional manner.
Maintain project documentation filing system and archive

The Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
Relevant business experience, including experience supporting large and complex projects; ideally 1-2 years working for Mobility projects
A logical approach and ability to think through complex issues to co-ordinate multi-faceted aspects of projects
Good written and oral communication skills, including the ability to liaise with peers and immediate seniors and build relationships.
Advanced to expert proficiency with desktop applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Ability to read/compose Technical Documents such as (MAT, RFI, DWGs, RPT, etc.)
