Job Title: Non-Voice Chat Support – Money Movement Messaging Account

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented individuals to join our Non-Voice Chat Support Team for a Money Movement Messaging Account in a BPO environment. The role involves assisting clients via chat and email to process, monitor, and troubleshoot financial messages related to domestic and international money transfers, ensuring secure and compliant transactions.

• Respond to client inquiries via chat and email regarding financial transactions and money movement (e.g., SWIFT, ACH, wire transfers).
• Investigate and resolve issues related to failed, delayed, or incomplete transactions.
• Verify and confirm transaction details while ensuring compliance with banking policies (AML, KYC, OFAC, etc.).
• Monitor financial messaging systems and assist with real-time transaction updates.
• Accurately document all interactions and escalate complex cases to appropriate teams as needed.
• Maintain high standards of data privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Meet individual and team KPIs including response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
