We are urgently hiring 300 Customer Service Representatives for our June 2025 classes.


  • Build rapport with clients to ensure we are identifying the solution that meets their needs.
  • Guide clients in obtaining mortgages by answering their questions, collecting necessary documents, and verifying information.
  • Advise on the home buying or refinance process, providing exceptional client service along the way.
  • Respond to potential inquiries from company-generated prospects.
  • Achieve or exceed sales goals and objectives.

Recruitment Hub Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Time: 10:00AM – 4:00 PM
  • Location: 1Nito Tower, Archbishop Reyes Avenue, Cebu City


Volume Hiring: 300

Position: Customer Service Representative

Account: Financial Account

 

Qualifications:

  • College Levels and College Graduates
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in BPO experience handling billing & collection account.
  • Excellent Communication Skills


Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night/Graveyard Shift
  • Fixed Weekends Off
