Hiring Post: Client Intake Specialist (Medical/Legal Background)

Hours: Part-Time (4 hours/day)

Monthly Rate: PHP 17,500 - 20,000

We’re hiring a Client Intake Specialist with experience in medical or healthcare support and a background working with U.S. law firms. You'll play a key role in welcoming new clients—often facing sensitive or complex legal issues—with empathy and professionalism.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle calls, emails, and online inquiries to gather client and medical information
• Conduct initial consultations with compassion and professionalism
• Explain legal processes and guide clients through next steps
• Document case details and manage supporting documents
• Schedule appointments and follow up on incomplete intakes
• Perform conflict checks and ensure HIPAA compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years in client intake, legal, or healthcare support (U.S. law firm experience a plus)
• Strong communication skills and empathy in sensitive situations
• Familiarity with medical records and legal intake systems
• Proficiency in CRM, case management tools, and Microsoft Office
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma with relevant experience welcome
