Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie under Vikings Group of Companies. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes, coordinating with the kitchen team, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards, and assisting the Head Chef in menu planning and development.

Job Qualifications

• 2+ years of expertise in one or more of the following culinary stations:

(Japanese, Chinese, Asian, Continental, Patisserie, Carving/Grill, Mise En Place, and Cold Kitchen)

• Experience in kitchen management and food preparation
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Must be amenable to work in Makati
