We are seeking dynamic and results-driven professionals to join our leadership team as Associate Vice Presidents (AVP). Each AVP will take ownership of one of the following key areas: Operations, Finance, Economics, and Real Estate & Business Development. These individuals will work closely with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, support sound financial planning, and foster business growth across our expanding portfolio of real estate assets and investments.

Key Responsibilities

While each AVP will focus on their specific area, responsibilities may include the following:

General Responsibilities (for all 4 AVPs):

• Support executive leadership in planning and executing strategic objectives.
• Provide analysis, insights, and recommendations to improve business performance and sustainability.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage high-level stakeholder engagement.
• Contribute to policy development, operational frameworks, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to project feasibility studies and investment planning.
• Supervise departmental teams and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within your functional area.

Area-Specific Responsibilities:

AVP – Operations

• Oversee daily business operations and implement process improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and productivity metrics across departments.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and interdepartmental collaboration.
• Manage vendor relations, logistics, and service-level agreements.

AVP – Finance

• Lead financial planning, reporting, and control functions.
• Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
• Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and accounting regulations.
• Oversee cash flow, fund allocation, and investment analysis.

AVP – Economics

• Conduct macroeconomic and market analysis to guide business decisions.
• Evaluate policy changes, market trends, and economic indicators affecting real estate and investments.
• Build models for scenario planning and risk assessment.
• Advise leadership on pricing strategies, market positioning, and regulatory impacts.

AVP – Real Estate & Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and real estate acquisitions.
• Lead market research and competitive analysis.
• Oversee project feasibility studies, development planning, and revenue modeling.
• Build and maintain client, investor, and industry relationships.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, or Operations Management). Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• At least 8–12 years of progressive experience in your area of expertise, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in driving strategic initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience in real estate, property development, or investment industries is a strong advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
