About Us:


MyGo2Assistant (MG2A) specializes in providing Remote Business Solutions, connecting skilled Filipino Virtual Assistants with long-term work-from-home opportunities. We deliver top-tier services in administrative support, sales, marketing, HR, and more.


We are looking for a Commission-Based Cold Calling Appointment Setter to drive lead generation and support our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who thrive on performance-based rewards.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients, introducing MG2A’s services.
  • Qualify leads and assess their interest in partnering with MG2A.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, lead statuses, and scheduled appointments in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and increase conversion rates.
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong ability to handle objections and remain professional under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems is a plus.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls.
