• Prepare schedule of Balance Sheet Account:
• Creditable Withholding Tax
• Creditable Withholding VAT
• Income Tax Receivables
• Claims Receivable
• Ensure that all collections are properly applied against outstanding Accounts Receivable
• Encodes adjustments. Updates General Journal Voucher upon approval of Accounting Manager.

Informs immediate superior and Accounting Manager immediately for any exceptions noted in the

performance of duties such as, but not limited to:

• Long-outstanding accounts
• Unresolved items/issues/discrepancies
• Deviations from policies

Prepares exception report for discussion with department head concerned

Resolve issues/concerns before cut-off
