DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handles accounts receivable (trade and non-trade)
• Recording of bank deposits and other collection
• Prepares sales invoices
• Handles the monitoring and preparation of Summary Alphalist of Creditable Withholding taxes (SAWT) from customers
• Handles the e-submission of SAWT in the BIR efps
• Handles Fixed Asset Registration, disposal, depreciation schedule in the QAD system and prepare lapsing schedule of fixed assets
• Compute monthly Account Handler's sales, collection, and indent commission
• Maintain and control official/provisional receipts, office, and general operating supplies
• Prepares Billing Statement
• Assists in the internal/external audit and participates in the annual physical inventory

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Billing, and Financial Reporting. Strong knowledge of Account Reconciliation, Journal Entries, Tax Reporting, and Cost Accounting is highly preferred
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Familiar with ERP software, particularly the QAD System
• Amenable to work on-site, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
