説明

  1. Financial Record Management: Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Document financial transactions by entering account information accurately. 
  2. Reporting: Summarize current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports. 
  3. Bookkeeping: Perform monthly bookkeeping and accounting for clients, including general accounting functions such as journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations. 
  4. Policy Development: Develop and implement improved accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting. 
  5. Financial Analysis: Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options and providing insights to management for better decision-making. 
  6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and assist in audits as necessary. 
  7. General Office Duties: Perform other accounting and general office duties as required, which may include administrative tasks related to financial management.

要件

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is usually the minimum requirement.
  • This degree typically takes four years to complete and covers essential accounting principles and practices.
