We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to assist in the preparation, maintenance, and reporting of financial records. This role is ideal for candidates who are either fresh graduates with strong academic training or experienced individuals with hands-on accounting exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recording and maintaining accurate financial transactions
• Prepare check vouchers, official receipts, and cash receipts
• Perform reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable
• Support in the preparation of financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, etc.)
• Help file and organize accounting documents
• Prepare BIR forms such as 2307 and assist with other reportorial requirements
• Use Microsoft Excel to generate reports and summaries
• Coordinate with suppliers or clients on billing or payment concerns
• Support other admin or accounting tasks as needed

• Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any business-related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (with strong knowledge of financial reports and BIR requirements preferred)
• With experience: Must understand the basic accounting equation, normal balances, and be proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Table)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
• Can work independently or with a team
• Preferably residing near the assigned work location
