Web Designer – Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to develop visually appealing, user-friendly, and fully responsive website designs. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to produce digital experiences that align with brand goals and enhance user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

-Design and deliver modern, intuitive website interfaces and layouts.

-Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

-Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

-Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts.

-Maintain brand consistency through all website design elements.

-Optimize user experience, navigation, and conversion pathways.

-Revise and update website designs based on feedback and performance results.

-Stay updated with design trends, UX best practices, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills

-Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.

-Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.

-Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is an advantage.

-Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify.

-Excellent attention to detail and visual creativity.

-Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia Arts, IT, or a related field (preferred).

-Experience designing websites or digital interfaces (portfolio required).
