要件
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Experience Level: 6 mos international bpo experience
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain records of interactions.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may involve long hours at a computer.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, strong multitasking abilities, and a positive attitude.
