• Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning store staff to their designated day to day responsibilities.
•  Maintains store staff by orienting and training new employees.
• Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• ·Ensures availability of stocks; maintaining record keeping and inventory control for accuracy.
• ·Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment; implementing security measures
• Ensures that day to day business is going smoothly.

• Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related course 

• ⁠With at least 1 year of experience in a retail or supervisory role

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Can work with minimal supervision

* With excellent customer service orientation

• Willing to be assigned to SM Makati Branch
