The Salon Supervisor is responsible for the overall management and operations of one of our hair salons. This role will ensure the salon runs smoothly and efficiently, providing our clients with a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the salon's day-to-day operations, including scheduling appointments, managing staff, and maintaining inventory.
• Hire, train, and develop a team of talented and passionate hair stylists and technicians.
• Foster a positive and welcoming environment for clients and staff, ensuring they have a great experience at the salon.
• Monitor the salon's financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and grow the salon's business.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest hair trends and techniques and provide ongoing training to staff.

• Prior experience in a salon or beauty industry setting is required
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Familiarity with basic inventory processes
• Comfortable working with tech tools or platforms related to order fulfillment
• Proactive, reliable, and able to handle day-to-day operations with minimal supervision
