• Monitor Sales Performance: Track overall sales activity and performance metrics to ensure smooth operations and fast, accurate transaction processing.
• Support Sales Team Communication: Maintain regular contact with sales representatives to provide insights, updates, and data that support target achievement.
• Administer Incentive Programs: Oversee the sales incentive program, including the implementation of promotions and bonus structures to recognize and reward top performers.
