- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services
- Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reporting on sales performance
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within your territory
要件
- 1-3 years of experience in a Sales Representative/Consultant role, preferably within the Sales industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful client relationships
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
- Proficient with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems to manage client information and pipeline
- Proactive, self-motivated and adaptable to changing business needs
- Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
