The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the sales and marketing operations of the company, with a focus on increasing market share, enhancing client relationships, and driving revenue of the company. This role involves planning and executing strategic sales initiatives, managing a team of sales professionals, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining partnerships with freight forwarders, and logistics clients. Ensure cross-functional coordination with operations, customer service, support group and finance division.

• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities in shipping lines, freight and logistics services.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
• REQUIRED Experience Minimum 4 – 6 years of proven experience in sales and marketing management within the shipping lines, freight forwarding, or logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of domestic shipping lines regulations, port procedures, and logistics operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales and marketing teams.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.
• Established network within the shipping and logistics industry is a strong advantage.
• Ability to travel domestically as needed.
• Can drive and must have a valid driver’s license
• Results-driven with a strategic mindset and strong business acumen.
