説明

· Overseeing inventory needs and undertaking office management and administration.

· Coming up with effective strategies to enhance the organization's financial health.

· Training newly hired employees to provide high-quality customer support.

· Motivating and supervising employees and evaluating the performance of your assigned employees, delivering positive and/or negative feedback, and addressing any shortcomings.

· Designing and implementing departmental policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.

· Improving the work environment and operations of your department and the organization as a whole and developing strategies to improve department metrics and performance.

· Oversee sales Office Account, customer service support and office collections.

· Oversee the day-to-day operation in receiving Purchase order, Issuance of Items, deliveries, logistics schedules, sales itinerary and making sure that standard operating procedures in followed by staff

要件

  • College Graduate / College Level (Sales, Marketing or any Business courses, preferred). At least 6 months of related work experience in sales operations.
  • At least 1 to 3 years of supervisory or administrative office experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Excellent customer relation skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle customer queries and provide prompt assistance.
  • Ability to make decisions and evaluations to determine the needs of the customers.
  • Treat all employees and customers with dignity, respect and courtesy.
