- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
- Identify and mitigate potential hazards in the workplace.
- Provide safety training and awareness programs.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes.
- Prepare safety reports and communicate findings to management.
要件
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in safety management or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures.
- Working Conditions: Varied environments, from office settings to active construction sites.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent communication skills.
