A leisure hotel and entertainment resort in the heart of Pampanga is looking for a Revenue and Reservations Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will manage room inventory, carefully allocate room availability across different distribution channels, such as online travel agencies (OTAs), direct bookings, and travel partners. By maintaining a balanced distribution strategy, the hotel be able to minimize overbooking or underselling, maximizing the property's revenue potential.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or any business related course
• Five (5) years in the hotel and resort industry, with experience in a Hotel Revenue Management, Sales, and/or Reservation Management position
• Familiarity with OTA (Online Travel Agency), SOE and Channel Management Systems
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Opera Cloud and other revenue management tools
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• With an analytical mindset and a broad understanding of market dynamics
• Willingness to be based in Pampanga
