説明

  • Manage candidate screenings.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates; manage job postings and build relationships with hiring managers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate candidate assessments.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Process of hiring Engineers & Nurses for deployment is a plus.

要件

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; proficient in applicant tracking systems.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based environment with possible remote work options; flexible hours may apply.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
