We are currently looking for a Real Estate Virtual Assistant (WFH) to support our client based in the US.

Job Summary:

The Real Estate Virtual Assistant will identify and acquire properties that meet purchasing criteria, helping expand Freestone’s portfolio by sourcing leads, connecting with potential sellers, and facilitating transactions.


Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify properties that meet purchase criteria.
  • Monitor market trends, property values, and new opportunities.
  • Identify multi-property owners and evaluate their interest in selling.
  • Maintain a database of potential sellers.
  • Gather and organize data from public sources and real estate listings.
  • Analyze and present findings to the Freestone team.
  • Contact property owners to explore selling opportunities.
  • Communicate professionally throughout negotiations.
  • Assist with purchase agreements and related documents.
  • Schedule property viewings and meetings with sellers.
  • Coordinate logistics and ensure all parties are informed.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • At least one (1) year of experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and property acquisition processes.
  • Proficiency in using real estate databases and software for data analysis and property research.
  • Effective negotiation skills to obtain favorable terms and prices during property transactions.
  • Must have a stable employment history.
