REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
• 0 - 2 years' experience with MPF Quantity Take-off and costing (New build and/or Fit-out works for High Rise, Commerical and/or Corporate Offices).
• Professional license holder preferred but not required.
• Knowledgeable with Local and/or National Code.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Knowledgeable in commercial fit-outs.
• Experience handling BOQ and Unit Price Analysis is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in Plan swift is a plus.
• Knowledge in Procore is a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Measuring plan and prepare bill of quantities for mechanical, plumbing, sanitary, and fire protection systems.
• Evaluate the contractor’s proposal for all PMIs, change orders and other construction-related claims;
• Conduct site visits and reconciliation of evaluated proposals if necessary.
• Prepare cost estimates for project cost evaluation and comparison;
• Coordinate with suppliers for Request for Proposals and bids before and during Project Implementation.
• Complete evaluation of technical and commercial bids;
• Quarterly updating of material/equipment cost database.
• Coordination with Site Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Suppliers;
• Performs other related duties and functions as may be assigned by immediate superior.
