• Ensures timely and accurate delivery of defect free products at the least cost possible without compromising the safety of its workers
• Ensures that facilities and processes conforms to Good Manufacturing Practices standards through Quality Management System

A. Minimum Educational Qualification

• A graduate of any Engineering course

B. Experience

• With at least 2~4 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting

C. Skills/Competencies

• Ability to organize activities and personnel as per plan
• Proficient in both oral and written communication
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
