QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering or business course related
• With work experience in Exportation and Logistics Processing is an advantage
• Computer literate; Proficiency in using MS Excel and Powerpoint
• Strong attention to details, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome

Duties & Responsibilities:

Export Monitoring Update and Processing:

• Create export documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, form D, Etracc Booking, and AEDS)
• Responsible for bookings and processing shipments in accordance with SOP.
• Schedule positioning of export containers
• Monitoring of container status (ETA IAMC, ETD IAMC)
• Maintain records of daily export container monitoring and status.
• Government documents Application: FORM D (new Price or new model), Certificate of Entitlement to Tax Incentives, Certification for Zero rated, and Certificate for registered activities.
• Coordinating with forwarders, Customs, PEZA, and related sections to proceed export shipments smoothly
• Monthly Export report
• Recording and checking of export billing
• Gate pass Creation

Local Sales

• Preparation of delivery documents (PEZA, BOC, and IAMC documents)
• Monitoring and processing of LOCAL Sales LOA
• Generates Local Sales monthly report and export monthly report
• Preparation of IPC, BOC, and PEZA monthly report

Logistics Concern

• Ordering and monitoring of logistics consumable items
• Preparation of forklift PMS/ Repair billing settlement
