Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting the operations on developing campaigns and promotions to promote brand image on various digital platforms and other communication mediums.
- Handles press releases, creates digital content, organizes public events, and identifies business opportunities that would generate more revenue resources and attract potential clients.
- Disseminates accurate information to the public regarding news and special announcements of NUSTAR.
- Helps with the creation and management of positive public perceptions of NUSTAR.
- Assists in the planning and execution of public relations programs.
- Proactively identifies newsworthy stories for local and regional media.
- Reinforces the strategic agenda of NUSTAR to reach out to target markets.
- Develops and pitches new story ideas to create media opportunities for NUSTAR.
- Maintains media lists for targeted launches and outreach programs.
- Assists in developing key communications materials such as press kits, media mailers, and fact sheets.
- Provides support to the marketing department in identifying industry trends.
- Assists both marketing and sales in all public relations and marketing efforts.
- Develops and executes customer-focused public relations campaigns through powerful brand messages.
- Conducts research for target markets by conforming to territory requirements.
- Interacts with customers to facilitate marketing and sales initiatives.
- Updates social media with NUSTAR’s promotion information and respond to customers’ answers.
- Coordinates the flow of information between departments by acting as liaison.
- Creates and delivers public relations materials such as press releases, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, and proposals.
- Supervises social media outreach activities and create and distribute surveys.
- Plans and executes press conferences by handling details such as time, place and agenda.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication (Written & Verbal): Essential for effective outreach, clear instructions, and building rapport with diverse influencers.
- Relationship Building: Cultivating trust and long-term partnerships with local and international influencers is crucial for sustained success.
- Social Media Savvy & Analytical Skills: Understanding platform nuances and being able to interpret performance data to identify what resonates with the target audience is vital.
- Organizational Skills: Managing multiple influencer collaborations, deadlines, and content schedules requires excellent organizational abilities.
- Proactivity & Adaptability: The influencer marketing landscape evolves quickly, so being proactive in identifying trends and adapting strategies is key.
