You will be based in Bugis Central Region and working in a full-time capacity. In this pivotal role, you will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the senior leadership team, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the daily diary and scheduling for senior executives, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document preparation, data entry, filing and record-keeping
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and correspondence
- Support with event and function planning, ensuring all logistics are organised and executed seamlessly
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as required
要件
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally within the Administration & Office Support industry and PA, EA & Secretarial sub-industry
- Excellent organisational, time management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional and customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, including advanced skills in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
