- Process and manage payroll for employees on a biweekly/monthly basis.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions.
- Maintain employee records and update payroll data as necessary.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee queries.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Assist in payroll audits and year-end reporting.
要件
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant payroll experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in payroll software, strong computer literacy, attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Process payroll, ensure compliance with regulations, maintain employee records.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may require overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Reliable, organized, analytical, and able to handle confidential information.
