要件

- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, flexibility in tasks, and excellent attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require early mornings or late evenings.
- Qualities and Traits: A passion for baking, creativity, and a strong work ethic.
