説明

  • The Branch Trainor is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for new hires and existing employees within the branch.
  • This role ensures that all team members are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and motivation needed to perform their duties effectively and align with company standards and goals.

要件

  • Must be residing near Makati City or willing to work onsite at our Makati branch
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, HR, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in training, coaching, or teaching roles (1-2 years minimum)
  • Strong background in sales or financial services is an advantage
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online training platforms
  • High level of patience, organization, and adaptability
