Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.

• Provide leadership and guidance to regional and plant managers across the all areas.

• Drive innovation to optimize processes and achieve cost efficiencies.

• Oversee poultry production processes, including breeding, rearing, and processing.

• Ensure compliance with biosecurity, health, and safety regulations.

• Monitor production performance and address bottlenecks to ensure optimal output.

• Implement and maintain stringent quality control systems across all operations.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, including food safety and animal welfare.
