About the role



We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Staff to join the Gaisano Grand Group of Companies' team based in Cebu, Central Visayas. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing general clerical support, including typing, data entry, and photocopying
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Assisting with various ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed

What we're looking for

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using standard office software, such as MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
