Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Trade Marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence.
Documentation & Reporting: Assist in preparing and maintaining detailed documentation for all trade marketing activities, including promotional calendars, budget trackers, post-mortem reports, and performance summaries.
Material Coordination: Coordinate the development, production, and distribution of Point-of-Sale (POS) materials, merchandising displays, product brochures, and other marketing collateral for retail partners.
Budget Tracking: Assist in monitoring and tracking trade marketing budgets, processing invoices, expense reports, and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and agencies for the procurement of marketing materials and services, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Data Management: Maintain and update databases of retail partners, promotional activities, and marketing assets. Assist in gathering and organizing sales data relevant to trade marketing initiatives.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a marketing, trade marketing, or sales department.
Experience within the consumer electronics, FMCG, or retail industry is a plus.
