- Develop and execute marketing strategies to bolster client acquisition and retention for Excelpro Placement & Services, Inc., a leader in Human Resources & Recruitment.
- Create engaging content across various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and advertising to promote our brand and services.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to enhance our service offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with sales and customer service teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to optimize ROI
要件
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience Level: Open to Fresh Graduates and Students, no prior experience necessary.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in social media platforms, excellent communication and writing skills, knowledge of market research techniques, and digital marketing tools.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, potential for remote work, occasionally required to work outside of regular hours for events or campaign launches.
- Qualities and Traits: Creativity, adaptability, keen eye for detail, team player, strong organizational skills, and a passion for marketing.
