Role: Supplier Relationship Specialist

Work Arrangement: Work From Office

Location: Angeles

Schedule: Night Shift

Job Description:

• Manage the full digital lifecycle for your assigned supplier accounts: onboarding, engagement, renewal, and reactivation

• Use health scores, usage trends, and lifecycle triggers to prioritize outreach

• Drive retention by delivering the right message at the right time through email, in-app messaging, and semi-automated workflows

• Identify and escalate high-risk accounts that require human intervention

• Execute playbooks to address objections, re-engage silent accounts, and encourage renewal

• Personalize outreach at scale using templated campaigns and logic-based flows

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in customer success, digital engagement, lifecycle marketing, or a similar role

• Experience managing a high-volume book of business

• Proficiency with Salesforce (required)

• Experience using digital engagement tools like HubSpot, Gainsight PX, or ChurnZero

• Familiarity with health scoring models, segmentation strategies, and workflow automation

• B2B SaaS or network-based service model experience
