- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop strategic account plans to drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.
要件
- Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level:1-3 years of experience in account management or sales.
- Skills and Competencies:Proficiency in public speaking, negotiation, sales management, social media, and creative problem solving.
- Responsibilities and Duties:Build and maintain client relationships, conduct market analysis, manage accounts, and meet sales targets.
- Working Conditions:Primarily office-based with occasional travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits:Excellent communication, relationship-building skills, driven, and results-oriented.
