Install, configure, and manage network switches, routers, and related infrastructure
Maintain and monitor network performance, availability, and reliability
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls (e.g., Cisco ASA, Fortinet, Palo Alto)
Ensure network security and enforce access controls and policies
Perform network upgrades, patching, and firmware updates
Manage IP address schemes, VLANs, and subnetting
Monitor and analyze network traffic to identify and resolve issues
Maintain documentation of network topology, configurations, and procedures
Provide technical support for network-related issues and outages
Collaborate with IT and security teams to support enterprise infrastructure

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
3-5 years of hands-on experience in network administration
Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting:
Network switches (Cisco & Fortinet)
Firewalls and VPN solutions
LAN/WAN environments and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
Experience with structured cabling and physical network setup
Strong understanding of network security practices
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and documentation abilities
