説明

  • Collect and verify employee time records, attendance data, and overtime hours.
  • Assist in processing payroll for all employees in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Input and maintain accurate payroll records in the payroll system.
  • Handle adjustments such as salary changes, bonuses, and deductions (e.g., SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, loans).
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll reports, government remittances, and year-end tax filings.
  • Respond to employee payroll-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with HR and Accounting departments to ensure accurate employee data.
  • Help with filing and organizing payroll documents (manual and electronic).
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data privacy and payroll regulations.

要件

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in payroll or administrative work (preferred).
  • Knowledge of payroll software and government-mandated benefits (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
