  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes for Metalcast Corporation
  • Assist in Administering employee benefits, programs, and initiatives.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain employee records and data with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Help orchestrate training & development sessions in line with industry standards and technological advancements.
  • Implement HR policies and act as the point of contact for employment regulations compliance.
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance workforce retention and job satisfaction.

要件

  • Job Title: HR Officer/HR Generalist
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in HR roles with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at conflict resolution, and knowledge in HRIS systems.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Managing recruitment processes, overseeing training and development, maintaining employee records, and implementing HR policies and practices.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting with standard work hours; however, extended hours may be required for special projects and deadlines.
  • Qualities and Traits: Highly organized, ethical, empathetic, with strong leadership abilities and a commitment to promoting company values and culture.
