- Monitoring/posting/circulating/filing Job Vacancies.
- Receiving applications, paper screening and conducting initial interviews.
- Administering written examinations and evaluating results.
- Collecting & filing pre-employment requirement & conducting reference checks
- Coordinating all recruitment activities and doing other H.R. administrative jobs
要件
- Graduate of any baccalaureate degree, preferably H.R. Management, B.S. in Psychology or related courses.
- Working experience in recruitment and H.R. administration
- Flexible, self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision
- Computer literate and team player
- With good moral character and pleasing personality
