Human Resources Intern

  • The HR Intern provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR systems. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates eager to explore the full spectrum of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews
  • Help prepare onboarding documents and coordinate orientation sessions
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist in compiling HR reports (e.g., attendance, training, performance)
  • Help gather payroll data such as leaves and working hours
  • Participate in organizing company events and career fairs
  • Respond to employee queries regarding policies and benefits
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HR policies

要件

  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field
  • Experience: No prior experience required; internship or volunteer work is a plus
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS systems
  • Soft Skills: Organized, proactive, communicative, and eager to learn
  • Other: Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment processes is an advantage
