Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a prompt and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to assist customers effectively.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Recommend improvements to existing processes to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals in areas such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.

College graduate; additional education, background of at least 6 months or certification in customer service is a plus.
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers with professionalism.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or holidays as needed.
Empathy and a genuine desire to assist and satisfy customers.
Pleasing, outgoing and bubbly personality.
