Is responsible collecting, analyzing and forecasting sales performance data per area crucial to the strategic positioning and directions to take for sales operations in Vis-Min area.

Will directly report to General Manager in Vis-Min Area

Starting pay: 25,000php-28,000php per month

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to store performance and sales trends, inventory, customer behavior and employee productivity. Present clear actionable insights to the VP Operations/General Manager.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for stores and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Forecasting and Budgeting: Assist in financial forecasting and budgeting processes by analyzing sales data, historical trends, and market conditions.
• Inventory Management: Support inventory analysis and optimize stock levels to ensure product and availability while minimizing overstocks or stockouts.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Area Heads and Stores.
• Reporting and Presentations: Prepare regular reports and presentations for GM and Area Management team highlighting key trends, challenges, and actionable insights.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau etc.)
• Knowledge of retail operations, including sales, inventory, and supply chain management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to senior leadership.
• Willing to be assigned in Ace Hardware SM City Cebu
• Work Setup: 100% onsite, Monday-Saturday from 9AM - 6PM
