  • The Data Encoder is responsible for entering and maintaining accurate data into various software and databases. This role requires attention to detail, proficiency with data entry tools, and the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.

    • Input and update data into computer systems, spreadsheets, or databases.
    • Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
    • Verify and correct errors in data entries.
    • Organize and maintain files and records.
    • Prepare reports based on the data input and update them as necessary.
    • Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy.
    • Adhere to company data entry policies and protocols.
    • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure data is up-to-date.
    • Provide regular feedback to supervisors on data entry tasks.
    • Handle confidential information in compliance with company policies.

    要件

  • -With valid original barangay and police clearance
  • -Good with customer service is an edge
  • -Detail-oriented, and good with customers
  • -All gender are welcome
  • -Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
  • -18 years old and above
  • -High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
  • -With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
  • -Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
  • -Physically fit
