Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams
• Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends
• Attend industry events and trade shows

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's/College Degree
• Sales experience within a construction or office fixtures related company is preferred
• Technical experience in an engineering field, including reviewing and evaluating cost estimates
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build relationships with both current and prospective customers
• Willingness to conduct client visits to identify sales opportunities and address client concerns
