The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing business accounts, specifically targeting corporate clients in need of car rental solutions. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven individual who can develop strong client relationships, understand mobility needs, and present tailored rental solutions that align with customer objectives and service standards.
1. Business Development
Identify and pursue new corporate account opportunities through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and industry networking.
Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate targeted verticals (e.g., BPOs, logistics, hospitality, multinational corporations).
Prepare and present tailored proposals and rental packages that address client requirements.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Act as the main point of contact for account servicing, contract management, and issue resolution.
Conduct regular business reviews and client visits to assess satisfaction and upsell services.
3. Sales Performance
Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company.
Track leads, opportunities, and account progress using CRM tools.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and risks.
4. Coordination and Collaboration
Work closely with Operations, Reservations, and Fleet Management teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Coordinate with Finance for contract compliance, billing, and payment follow-ups.
Collaborate with the Marketing team for campaigns, trade events, and promotional activities.
要件
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the car rental, fleet leasing, transportation, or automotive industry.
Proven track record in corporate or B2B sales.
Skills & Competencies
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused with a consultative selling approach.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Other Requirements
Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and presentations.
